We are back! In this week’s episode, I explore three different ways we commonly cause damage to other people when we discuss controversial issues. I also explore some possible solutions in order to avoid these common pitfalls with others.
I am also making the transition into doing these episodes in seasons. I want to make sure I am only producing episodes when I feel there is sufficient content to share, and I want to make sure I am balancing my personal life with my work life more effectively.
